Description
The Road to Happiness, Tuscany
Original oil painting by Svetlana Shavrina
The Road to Happiness, Tuscany is an original oil painting on linen canvas by artist Svetlana Shavrina, inspired by the landscape of Tuscany, Italy.
The painting depicts a quiet country road winding through the Tuscan countryside beneath a wide, cloud-filled sky. The changing light and open landscape create a peaceful feeling of space and movement, while the road naturally leads the eye deeper into the scene.
Svetlana Shavrina painted this work in a Post-Impressionist style, capturing the atmosphere of the Italian countryside rather than simply reproducing the landscape. Tuscany has long been one of the places that inspires her interest in light, colour and the relationship between nature and human presence.
The painting was exhibited at ART3f Art Fair in Mulhouse, France, from 15–17 November 2024.
